2025 HR Architecture Survey

The NASPE HR Architecture Survey provides a national overview of how state human resource management agencies are structured, governed, staffed, and supported. The survey captures both current practices and recent or anticipated changes affecting HR authority, service delivery, technology, and workforce management. The central human resources agency in each state was invited to participate in the 2025 survey.
