NASPE represents the director(s) and deputy director(s) of each state and territorial human resource management agency. These agencies are responsible for statewide human resource management policies and operations. State membership is open to each U.S. state and territorial government.
State Membership Dues - $6,500 (July 1-June 30)
Dues invoices for the upcoming year are sent in the spring of each year.

In-Person Meeting Opportunities
NASPE dues includes registration, up to 3-nights hotel accommodations and airfare for one person per dues-paying state to one in-person meeting.
